What is the SHASHA Zain offer?

All Zain customers can activate SHASHA for a monthly fee of KWD 2.9/month. With Max internet plans, customers can enjoy complimentary access to SHASHA as long as they remain on an eligible Max plan and keep their bill payments up to date.

Can I access my account outside Kuwait?

Yes, you can watch your favorite shows from anywhere in the world.

Who do I call for a technical query relating to SHASHA?

You can call or WhatsApp SHASHA customer service at +965 22395555. Alternatively, you can email info@shasha.com.

If I cancel my number, will I lose my SHASHA subscription on the same day?

Yes. If you cancel your Zain number, you will lose your SHASHA subscription immediately.

Are my Zain bill and SHASHA subscription due for payment on the same day?

No. Your Zain bill and SHASHA subscription charges are processed separately. The SHASHA subscription renews automatically each month on the same date it was originally activated.

When can I start enjoying my SHASHA benefits?

You can start using SHASHA as soon as your Max internet plan is active and/or once you have activated your SHASHA subscription.

How many profiles can I add on my SHASHA account?

You can add up to 5 profiles.

How many users can use an account at the same time?

Up to 2 users can use the account simultaneously.
