What is Disney+ and what does it offer?
Disney+ is the streaming hub for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and general entertainment from Star. It features hit movies, exclusive series and original content.
What is the Disney+ Zain offer?
Eligible customers on selected postpaid (Wiyana) and Basic Internet plans can enjoy 3 months of Disney+ at no additional cost. After the promotional period, the subscription renews at the applicable monthly fee (currently KWD 4/month).
New MAX Home Fixed Wireless Plan customers receive complimentary Disney+ access as long as their plan remains active and bills are up to date. Customers not on eligible plans can subscribe at the standard monthly fee.
How can I subscribe to Disney+ via Zain?
Subscription depends on your plan:
- Via Zain App or MyZain: Activate Disney+ under "My Content and Subscriptions," agree to the terms, then complete onboarding on disneyplus.com using your Zain number and OTP.
- Via SMS (for eligible plans): Send "5" to 99898 and follow the confirmation steps.
- Stand-alone: Activate via Zain App/MyZain and complete registration on disneyplus.com.
Which Zain package do I subscribe to in order to get Disney+?
Eligible plans include:
- Wiyana postpaid plans (KD10 and above): 3 months on us.
- Basic Internet plans (KD8 and above): 3 months on us.
- MAX Internet plans (KD12 and above): Complimentary subscription while plan is active.
Can I subscribe to Disney+ directly without Zain?
Yes. You can subscribe directly at disneyplus.com at the retail price (currently USD 10.99/month).
When can I start enjoying my Disney+ benefits?
Immediately after your eligible Zain plan is active or once your Disney+ subscription is successfully activated.
How will I know my Disney+ offer is active?
You will receive a confirmation SMS from Disney+ and an activation email from Zain.
Can I use Disney+ outside of Kuwait?
Yes. Access is available across supported MENA countries including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Morocco and others.

What devices support Disney+ and how many concurrent streams can I have?
Disney+ supports a wide range of devices (see help.disneyplus.com for full list). You can stream on up to four devices simultaneously.

How many Disney+ subscriptions can I add to my Zain account?
Only one active Disney+ subscription per valid phone number.
I signed up via Zain but am asked to subscribe again. What should I do?
Contact Zain Customer Support by calling 107 or using ZBot.
How do I stop my Zain Disney+ subscription? Can I reconnect?
Cancellation and reconnection depend on your plan type. In most cases, you retain access during the promotional period and can reconnect via MyZain after it ends, subject to eligibility.
What happens if I stop paying my Zain bill?
Disney+ will be suspended 13 days after the billing date. You have 30 days to settle before termination.
Will I lose access if I cancel my Zain line?
Yes. Disney+ access ends immediately upon line cancellation.
How can I keep Disney+ but stop paying via Zain?
Cancel your Zain Disney+ subscription and resubscribe directly via disneyplus.com.
Are my Zain bill and Disney+ payment due on the same day?
Not necessarily. Disney+ billing starts on activation date and renews monthly.
What happens to my login details if I update my Zain number?
You continue logging in using your registered mobile number.
How do I update my Disney+ login details if my number changes?
Login details cannot be changed. Contact Zain support (107 or ZBot) for assistance.
